NHQR Facility Data submissions
Statutory regulations require all hospitals within the State of Nevada to submit quarterly financial reports to the Department of Health & Human Services, Division of Healthcare Financing and Policy. Regulations also require all Hospitals, ASC's, skilled nursing facilities, imaging facilities, and hospices to submit quarterly utilization reports.
